We have created four different tasting experiences for you to choose from, ranging from 30 minutes to 90 minutes. Each tasting experience comes with an individual cheese tasting plate. To ensure that you can enjoy the full tasting experience please arrive at your allocated booking time, where your wines will be pre-poured, ready for you to enjoy.
Please let us know in the “notes” section of your booking if you will have children or a driver with you.
We do not accept hens or bucks parties.
Tasting Experiences
30 minute tasting: 20ml pours: $20 per person
Our 30 minute tastings include a 20ml pour of 5 wines, an individual cheese tasting plate and tasting notes.
WINE LOVERS: Our Wine Lovers tasting showcases 5 wines (chosen by your host) from our Offshoot, Classic and ‘The Obsessive’ ranges. The perfect introduction to the Scarborough wine family.
CHARDONNAY LOVERS: The Chardonnay lovers tasting showcases 5 wines including current and museum releases of 3 different styles of Chardonnay from our Offshoot, Classic and ‘The Obsessive’ Ranges.
RED WINE LOVERS: The Red Wine Lovers tasting showcases 5 wines including a selection of current and museum releases of Pinot Noir and Shiraz from both our Classic and ‘The Obsessive’ ranges.
SEMILLON LOVERS: The Semillon Lovers tasting showcases 5 wines including current and museum releases of 3 different styles of Semillon from our Offshoot, Classic and ‘The Obsessive’ Ranges.
KRÉOL SPARKLING INFUSION – NON ALCOHOLIC: A refreshing, non-alcoholic beverage option for a driver or children. These natural sparkling creations have no trace of alcohol or caffeine and have the added benefit of providing antioxidants from natural fruit products. Choose from Ginger Lime, Tropical Pineapple or Raspberry Lime.
1 hour tasting: Available from 1 June 2026: $30 – $50 per person
The 1 hour tasting includes wines from each range (dependent on which tasting you choose) accompanied with an individual cheese plate, a delicious Hunter Valley seasonal snack and the usual Scarborough hospitality. Each member of your party is welcome to choose a tasting that pleases their palate.
OFFSHOOT RANGE: Our Offshoot Range features a Verdelho, Vermentino, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Semillon, Rosé and Tempranillo. This tasting showcases 5 wines frm the Offshoot Range. $30 per person
CLASSIC RANGE: Our Classic Range highlights Semillon, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Shiraz – varieties that are traditionally grown in the Hunter Valley. $40 per person
‘THE OBSESSIVE’ RANGE: ‘The Obsessive’ Range showcases the iconic Hunter Valley varieties of Semillon, Chardonnay and Shiraz from single vineyard sites. In this tasting you will also taste a Museum Obsessive Chardonnay and Shiraz. Riedel varietal specific glassware will be used to enhance your tasting experience. $50 per person
Self Guided Picnic Tasting: 3 x100ml bottles: $45 for 2 people
Escape to the outdoors with our delightful Picnic-Style Wine Tasting. This self-guided experience invites you to relax on our lush grass with a cozy picnic blanket and enjoy the beautiful view from Scarborough Wine Co. For $45.00 for 2 people, choose three 100ml bottles from our Offshoot and Classic ranges, and savour each sip at your own pace.
Accompanying your wine will be a selection of fine cheeses, crackers and dried fruits. Also included will be two Plumm outdoor glasses, perfect for toasting to a beautiful day on our picturesque property. The outdoor glasses will be yours to take home at the end of your tasting.

Keepers of the Flame Chardonnay: 90 minute tasting and vineyard experience: $90 per person
More than a wine tasting, this immersive experience takes you beyond the wine and behind the scenes into the vineyard. You will see first hand our commitment to biodiversity and sustainability, and making fabulous Chardonnay.
This 90-minute exclusive experience will focus on our Keepers of the Flame premium wine range produced by the next generation of the Scarborough wine family: Jerome, Sally and Liz. Following its launch in late 2022, Keeper’s of the Flame to date is Chardonnay and has been made from small parcels of fruit picked specifically for this passion project, each uniquely celebrating the vision and future of Scarborough Wine Co.
After donning vineyard appropriate footwear your host will then escort you through the vineyard where we will dig deeper into soil, biodiversity and our commitment to sustainable wine growing to gain a greater understanding of the land on which we farm and the unique vineyard ecosystem we have here at Gillard’s Road. After the vineyard tour you will then return to your table to enjoy our incredible Keepers of the Flame Chardonnays accompanied with an individual plate of delicious cheeses.
