Scarborough Wine Co was originally the vision of Merralea and Ian Scarborough, to do what they love in the gorgeous Hunter Valley. Not until many years later did their original vision become a reality with both children, Sally and Jerome Scarborough as Co-CEO’s and Liz Riley, renowned Viticulturist and wife of Jerome Scarborough now running the day to day operations.
