This distinctive parcel of chardonnay was identified early in the growing season. Like the previous years Keepers of the Flame, it came from our Cottage Vineyard, utilising the new 548 chardonnay clones. Our latest evolution of the Keepers of the Flame style highlights the exceptional quality of this iconic Hunter Valley vineyard.

A little ray of sunshine. This distinctive parcel of chardonnay was identified early in the growing season. Like the previous year of Keepers of the Flame, it came from our Scarborough Cottage vineyard, utilising the new 548 chardonnay clones that were planted. An evolution of the Keepers of the Flame style, that will keep you coming back for more.

This Offshoot Verdelho has overtones of tropical fruit and green tea, followed by a fresh, herbaceous palate with kiwifruit and gooseberry and a crisp acid finish.

Perhaps the best thing to come out of 2020. This was a challenging vintage with drought, bushfires and then Covid testing our resilience. However, this superb parcel of fruit from our Cottage vineyard is a shining light, highlighting the exemplary quality that the new 548 chardonnay clone produces from this iconic Hunter Valley vineyard.

The inaugural release of our Keepers of the Flame Chardonnay is sourced from one of the most prized vineyards in the Upper Hunter, Ogilvie’s View. The F5 block that was identified for this wine has a mix of chardonnay clones and is located at a higher elevation than the rest of the vineyard.
 

Classically styled Hunter Valley Semillon, with crisp yet delicate citrus aromatics, and a tightly structured palate with the structure to age gracefully.

The latest release of our 'The Obsessive' Shiraz has notes of cigar box and fine fruit flavours.

A delightful twist on a Mediterranean variety. Notes of orange blossom with bay leaves and almonds.

Fuller, richer, longer and stronger the Green Label is a different take on the traditional Hunter Semillon.

Our Black Shiraz is the epitome of the savoury style that the Hunter Valley is famous for. Medium bodied, elegant and full of character.

This Tempranillo is made in the Joven style, which literally means 'young' in Spanish.
