Rosé Spritz Wine Cocktail Recipe

Our new wines in a can are here and ready for all your summer celebrations. Whether it is at a picnic, on a hike, while you’re camping or simply if you’re looking for a smaller serving size these cans are designed for life on the go.

These wines are made from the same quality wines you will find in our Offshoot Range and you can also use these new wines as a key ingredient for wine spritzes and cocktails.

Our cellar door team have been hard at work creating a wine cocktail that is a perfect summer spritz with our Rosé Spritz in a can. You’ll find the recipe below. Gather your friends and try it out and don’t forget to share your pictures with us on Instagram @scarboroughwines

RECIPE:

Ingredients:

125ml (½ can) of Scarborough Rosé Spritz
100ml of Capi Grapefruit Soda
15ml Dry Vermouth (a generous dash)
Garnish with an orange slice and a sprig of thyme

Method:

1. Open your can of wine and fill your glass with 125ml of Scarborough Rosé Spritz
2. Add the Capi Grapefruit Soda
3. Add the Vermouth
4. Fill your glass with a generous handful of ice and garnish
with an orange slice and sprig of thyme.


Scarborough Rosé Spritz

A dry and delicious Hunter Valley Rosé. Bursting with watermelon crispness and a touch of bubbles to give a beautiful mouthfeel. Best enjoyed chilled. 

How does it taste? Think - Rose petals, bright acidity, summer afternoons by the beach. Light lively and easy drinking – a wine made from our Hunter Valley pinot noir. This is sure to be a crowd-pleaser!
