2018 Museum Release 'The Obsessive' Chardonnay 1.5l - Unboxed

We’ve taken our Chardonnay obsession one step further, and have bottled a very limited number of 2018 ‘The Obsessive’ Chardonnay under a larger format of 1.5l. 

The fruit for the 'The Obsessive' Chardonnay is sourced from our Gillards Road property.

The 2018 vintage has aromas of roasted cashew with white nectarines and green pears. The palate is well balanced with stewed stone fruit and notes of freshly baked bread and a good acid backbone.

This wine has been cellared for your enjoyment, and will reward further cellaring of 5+ years.
