Rosé Spritz Cocktail
Ingredients:
125ml (½ can) of Scarborough Rosé Spritz
100ml of Capi Grapefruit Soda
15ml Dry Vermouth (a generous dash)
Garnish with an orange slice and a sprig of thyme
Method:
1. Open your can of wine and fill your glass with 125ml of Scarborough Rosé Spritz
2. Add the Capi Grapefruit Soda
3. Add the Vermouth
4. Fill your glass with a generous handful of ice and garnish with an orange slice and sprig of thyme.
Scarborough Rosé Spritz
A dry and delicious Hunter Valley Rosé. Bursting with watermelon crispness and a touch of bubbles to give a beautiful mouthfeel. Best enjoyed chilled.
