Jerome, Liz and Sally are the ‘Keepers of the Flame’ and uphold Scarborough Wine Co’s distinguished legacy under the guiding light of founders, Ian and Merralea Scarborough. Each release of the Keepers of the Flame will be slightly different to the last, nurtured with care and collaboration across all aspects of the business.
